Staffing Recruiter
Call-A-Way Staffing currently searching for experienced recruiters for our busy Atlanta location. Recruiter must have outstanding personality and willing to work closely with our team daily. Recruiter will be consulting with all onsite hiring managers and responsible for developing a network of clients and candidates this includes prescreening of candidates. Call-A-Way Staffing prefers an experienced recruiter with IT, Healthcare, Industrial Warehouse and Customer service industries etc.. Recruiter will develop close net team relationship with clients to source for Call-A-Way Staffing. Recruiter must be internet savvy with experience proficient (MS Office Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint) required. Excellent customer service, sales, building relationships skills and pipeline management of client is a must. Must be able to exceed monthly numbers pay will be based on numbers. Requirements:

• No degree required must be experienced in staffing sourcing to bring in new business. One year experience in the recruiting industry is preferred.
• Associate degree / Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two (2) years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to prioritize and multitask work to meet goals and deadlines.
• Proven customer service and sales experience is a must.
• Strong work ethics with results. Positive attitude is so important with working with Call-A-Way Staffing.
• Must have reliable transportation able to work throughout all counties of the Metro Atlanta and be familiar with the area.
