Manage outbound and inbound activity clerical and billing.
Will need Microsoft suite skills 
  • Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm. Weekend work is upon special customer request

Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information ,
10-key, Data Entry,  Multi-tasking and interviewing skills.
  • Background check required
